We make everything at our own facility in Gdynia, in carbon and stainless steel.

Assembly and on-site repairs

We work on construction sites and in operating plants. Work under technical supervision is carried out to UDT or TDT procedures.

• assembly of pressure pipelines with UDT or TDT acceptance
• overhauls of steam and water boilers
• overhauls of boiler auxiliaries: electrostatic precipitators, slag removal systems, rotary air heaters
• coal and biomass belt conveyors: assembly, maintenance, overhauls
• ash handling systems using Moeller Multi-turboflow technology
• technical gas installations: oxygen, acetylene, CO₂, noble gases
• unloading and filling installations for liquid fuels and LPG
• manufacture and assembly of crane elements

Port cranes and crane equipment

We have worked in the crane equipment market since 2009. We have completed 14 projects, mainly for Konecranes, with components delivered to terminals in Europe and the USA.

Scope of work

• trolleys for ship-to-shore (STS) and rail-mounted gantry (RMG) cranes
• machinery rooms of port cranes
• stairs, platforms and auxiliary structures of cranes
• test frames and crane assembly components
• machinery room housings for Kalmar cranes (15 units, 2008–2010)
• repairs of STS cranes at the BCT Gdynia terminal (2010–2014)

General contracting

We run projects from design and building permit to occupancy permit: mechanical, civil, electrical and I&C works.

Examples

• turnkey fuel station for heavy equipment and locomotives at the Gdynia CHP plant (2004)
• 140 m passenger gallery with hydraulically controlled movable platforms, linking the terminal with the ferries at the Ferry Terminal in Gdynia (2004)
• biomass feeding installation for OP-230 boilers at the Gdynia CHP plant (2008)

Welding

We weld carbon, low-alloy and alloy steels. We work under the welding quality system to PN-EN ISO 3834-2.

Machining and workshop services

Our machine park lets us prepare parts entirely in-house, from plate cutting to painting.
